The automatic vehicle recognition system Ready was designed to satisfy the continuously growing needs of private or petroleum company service stations. The LAFON management systems are the culmination of more than 25 years of expertise in the world of fuel distribution. Regardless of your activity or company (goods transport, passenger transport, construction, mining & quarrying, etc.) you can now secure and analyse your fuel transactions.
1. The vehicle arrives at the fuel dispenser and the driver inserts the nozzle into the fuel tank inlet.
2. The vehicle tank is identified automatically by the nozzle, which sends an authorisation request to the Easy controller. The fuel dispenser starts running if the vehicle is authorised to receive this product
3. If the vehicle is equipped with the feedback module odometer, the vehicle mileage is transmitted to the management terminal via the radio relay
4.Data feedback to the management software
The nozzle scanner is developed to work in an ATEX area. It is resistant to hydrocarbons. It can be adapted to the different models (ZVA, OPW, WIGGINGS). It is this part that reads the vehicle tag. It is powered by a battery, which makes it completely independent. The fuel dispenser antenna is a radio receiver that allows managing multiple nozzles. It is positioned on the fuel station, as close as possible to the fuel dispensers. It is generally fixed on a pole or under the canopy of the station

This radio module is embedded in the vehicle, connected to the tachograph or on a kilometre reading output.
The vehicle tag is protected person by a unique number. It comes in different diameters so that it can be fitted on light vehicles, heavy goods vehicles or public works vehicles.
